Delivery

We strive to ensure fast and reliable delivery throughout Lithuania, so we offer a range of delivery options tailored to your needs and order specifics.

Delivery methods:

We deliver directly to your address via courier service. Delivery times are subject to availability and the time at which the order is placed. If the product is in stock, delivery usually takes 5 – 10 working days. For customised products, the delivery time can be 3 to 5 weeks.

Delivery prices:

  • The delivery price depends on the size, weight and dimensions of your order. Delivery costs range from 120 Euros, depending on the size, weight and dimensions of the order. The exact delivery price will be indicated before the order is confirmed.
  • Free delivery in Lithuania for orders over €1000. This applies only to orders that can be delivered by courier services, and to parcels of standard size and weight. This does not apply to goods that are bulky or heavy and are transported via freight forwarders – the cost of delivering such goods is calculated on a case-by-case basis.

Additional conditions:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on availability and delivery address. We deliver only in Lithuania.
  • If you have provided an incorrect delivery address at the time of ordering, please contact our customer service team immediately at. by email or phone to ensure timely updates and smooth delivery.
  • If you cannot be contacted at the time of delivery, the courier service will try to arrange a redelivery. Re-delivery may be subject to additional charges.

Important:

By accepting the goods and signing the goods acceptance document, you confirm that the goods have been received in good condition, without transport or mechanical damage. We encourage you to inspect the packaging carefully on receipt to ensure that it is undamaged and that there are no visible signs of mechanical or other damage.

If you notice any such irregularities, please note them on the document of acceptance of the goods and inform us immediately using one of the contact channels provided. Never throw away the packaging until you are sure the goods have arrived safely. Otherwise, it may be difficult to prove that the goods were damaged during transport.
